Kosovo's president describes her meeting with the Serbian president as "wonderful."

As part of her participation in the Antalya Diplomatic Forum in Turkey, the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, met with the Syrian President of the Transitional Stage, Ahmed Jarba, last Friday.
Osmani described the meeting as "wonderful," emphasizing in statements to "RTV21" Kosovar channel the importance of enhancing relations between her country and Syria.
Osmani explained that Kosovo has never sought to establish diplomatic relations with what she referred to as the "ousted regime" in Syria, stating: "Today, we aspire to strengthen cooperation with the institutions of Free Syria."
Osmani addressed the violations faced by Syrians in recent years, pointing out that "the Syrian people have suffered for years from terrible war crimes, and even from the use of chemical weapons against children by the Assad regime."
The meeting between President Jarba and President Osmani took place on the sidelines of the forum in southern Turkey, in the presence of the Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Asaad al-Shaaban.
