Jordan and Kuwait affirm support for Syria in reconstruction efforts

Jordan and Kuwait's foreign ministries today Wednesday affirmed their support for the Syrian government in its efforts to rebuild, ensuring the stability, unity, and sovereignty of Syria.
This came during a meeting between Jordan's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi and Kuwait's Foreign Minister Abdullah Al-Yahya, who chaired the fifth session of the Jordanian-Kuwaiti Joint Higher Committee held today in Kuwait, according to Jordan's "Al-Mamlaka" channel.
Safadi and Al-Yahya reiterated their support for the Syrian government in its efforts to rebuild Syria on foundations that ensure its security, stability, unity, sovereignty, and meet the rights and aspirations of its people.
The ministers also emphasized the need to develop relations in the region based on mutual respect, good neighborliness principles, and non-interference in the internal affairs of countries.
