While the relationship between Trump and his Russian counterpart does not seem as it was less than a month ago, the exchanged statements do not indicate any of the warmth and flirtation that prevailed in the past period. Meanwhile, discussions in the political corridors of America revolve around intelligence reports indicating Russia's involvement in manipulating the results of the 2016 American elections. Trump commented with phrases that express his shock and disappointment.


Trump wrote on the social media platform "Truth Social": "The deception regarding Russian interference, Russia, Russia, Russia, has been completely and absolutely exposed. The facts are clearly written and presented. It's the biggest scandal in American history."


Trump added that those responsible for all of this must be seriously and severely punished.
