Israeli Final Statement Reveals the Scale of Destruction During Its Operations Against Iran

The Israeli army announced today, Friday, June 27, in a final statement released by the official spokesperson Avichay Adraee on the "X" platform, that its military operation against Iran, named "Rising Assad," which lasted 12 days, resulted in "serious damage" to three main Iranian nuclear facilities and the destruction of thousands of centrifuges.
The statement confirmed the destruction of research centers linked to the Iranian nuclear program, as well as the assassination of 11 prominent nuclear scientists. It also mentioned the destruction of about 50% of Iran's missile platforms, 15 aircraft, and targeting of 6 airports.
Meanwhile, the United States launched separate attacks early last Sunday on Iranian nuclear facilities using bombers carrying more than 12 bunker-busting bombs. American media reports cited a secret assessment by the Defense Intelligence Agency that these strikes "disrupted the Iranian nuclear program for a few months," but did not completely destroy it.
The White House confirmed on Thursday the success of the American strikes on Iranian nuclear sites and criticized the media for questioning the results. U.S. Defense Secretary Mark Esper said, "President Trump has set the conditions to end the war, eliminate Iran's nuclear capabilities, remove them, or destroy them."
President Donald Trump described the operation as a "brilliant military success," stating in a post on "Truth Social" that Iran "was unable to move nuclear materials, including enriched uranium, before the strikes." He added, "Nothing was taken out of the facility because that would have taken a long time and been very dangerous."
Tehran declared a "victory" in the war after its missiles killed 28 people in Israel, according to official figures. The Iranian Health Ministry reported the deaths of at least 627 civilians due to Israeli strikes.
The confrontations, which began on June 13, saw Israel launch an unprecedented aerial campaign targeting nuclear sites, scientists, and military leaders in the most intense escalation between the two countries after decades of shadow wars. The crisis ended with a ceasefire declaration, despite conflicting statements about the results of the strikes.
The American operation involved 125 aircraft, including stealth bombers and guided missile submarines, while the Israeli strikes aimed to "end the nuclear program" that Iran insists is for civilian purposes, while Washington and other countries accuse it of seeking atomic weapons.
