Israel offers economic incentives to the local residents in Quneitra, but the locals refuse.

Amid escalating Israeli military activities in southern Syria, an Israeli patrol entered the town of Ufaniya in the northern countryside of Quneitra. Part of the force stationed inside the town, while the other part headed towards the city of Khan Arnabah, an important administrative center in the province.
According to the "Daraa 24" network, Israeli forces took a surprising step by conducting a census in several towns in the Quneitra province, offering job opportunities to local residents, allowing them to enter Israeli territories in the morning to work in various sectors, in addition to distributing food aid to some families.
Local residents rejected the offers completely, considering them an attempt to exploit the difficult economic situation and impose a new reality in the region.
In a related context, simultaneous with the incursions in Quneitra, western Daraa countryside witnessed similar Israeli military movements, as an Israeli force entered the village of Aabdeen and demanded that residents surrender their individual weapons, threatening to search homes in case of non-compliance.
