The Israeli army announced today, Tuesday, that it intercepted a missile launched from Yemen towards Israel, hours after Israeli ships targeted Houthi sites in the port of Hodeidah.

The army spokesperson, Avichay Adraee, stated on "X" platform on Tuesday, "One missile launched from Yemen was intercepted... Additional interception missiles were fired to prevent any debris from the interception operation."

Israel threatened the Iranian-backed Houthi group in Yemen with a naval and aerial blockade if the attacks continue, with Katz stating in a statement on his "X" account on Tuesday that "Israel's long arm in the air and sea will reach anywhere."
