Idlib: Dealing with 100 cases of random shooting since the beginning of this February.

The Idlib Police Command announced its continued intensive efforts to curb the phenomenon of random shooting, confirming that it has dealt with 100 documented cases of random shooting since the beginning of the current month of February.
The commander of the province's police, Major Maher Mohammad Hilal, stated in a statement published by "SANA" that security units deployed throughout Idlib are working at full capacity to address this phenomenon.
Hilal pointed out that "legal measures include arrests, confiscation of weapons used, as well as imposing financial fines on violators."
The police chief urged citizens to immediately report any shooting incidents, emphasizing the importance of providing accurate information about the incidents to assist the relevant authorities in dealing with them promptly.
In recent years, the phenomenon of random shooting at weddings and events has increased in several areas in Syria, amid attempts to curb this phenomenon, but to no avail.
