Hunter Biden Reveals Reason for His Father's Poor Performance in Presidential Debate Against Trump

In an exclusive interview with the "Fifth Channel" on "YouTube," Hunter Biden, the son of former U.S. President Joe Biden, revealed that his father's poor performance in the presidential debate against Donald Trump was due to "severe fatigue and taking the sedative Ambien due to extensive travel."
Hunter said in the interview aired on Monday: "Let me tell you exactly what happened in that debate. Joe Biden was flying around the world... at the age of 81. He was extremely tired." He added: "They give him (doctors) Ambien to help him sleep," referring to the short-term sleep disorder medication.
Hunter also expressed his disappointment with the Democratic Party's response, saying he was disappointed in "party members, strategic experts, and representatives" who quickly abandoned his father's candidacy after the debate.
It is worth noting that the debate between Joe Biden and Trump on June 27, 2024, witnessed a hesitant performance from the Democratic president, stumbling to complete his sentences several times, sparking widespread criticism and significant political repercussions. Less than a month later, Biden announced his withdrawal from the presidential race, shifting support to his former deputy Kamala Harris, who later lost to Trump in the November elections.
Joe Biden himself commented on his performance in the debate, stating that he was "exhausted from travel" after returning from two international trips shortly before the debate.
