The head of the University of Damascus classification office, Marwan Al-Ra'i, has requested to be relieved of his position after his office was broken into and its lock broken to film scenes from the series "Under the Seventh Earth," despite the office containing over 157,550 university data files and exam papers being corrected. Al-Ra'i confirmed that he had previously informed the building management not to open the office to maintain data confidentiality, but the decision was not respected, prompting him to request stepping down from his position. He demanded the formation of a legal committee to open the office and present the exam papers to the committee.
