During his speech at the opening session of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan emphasized that Turkey does not covet anyone's lands, indicating that his country's policy is based on putting human interests above resources, and that a prosperous future cannot be built on injustice or oppression. Erdogan also stated: "We are a country seeking peace and stability, not greed or control, and we deal with crises with a humanitarian spirit before any material or political considerations." The Turkish President reiterated his country's stance on regional issues, especially the Palestinian crisis, pointing out that international silence towards Israeli massacres in Gaza is complicity in the crime, emphasizing that Turkey will not abandon the Palestinian people and will not succumb to Zionist lobby pressures. He continued by saying: "We stand for justice and human dignity, and we will continue to support oppressed peoples through all legitimate means." Erdogan's statements come at a time of escalating tensions in the region, amid intense diplomatic efforts to restore balance and enhance dialogue, something Turkey seeks to promote through peace initiatives and ethical stances reflecting its foreign policy orientations.
