The Dutch Prime Minister, Mark Rutte, said today, Saturday, that the United States' announcement of imposing a 30% customs duty on European Union goods starting from August 1st is 'concerning' and not the best way forward.
Rutte added in a post on 'Twitter', 'The European Commission can count on our full support. As the European Union, we must remain united and resolute in seeking a result with the United States that is beneficial to both parties'.
