Director of the Al-Ghab Area: Opening Temporary Shelters to Receive Those Affected by the Fires

The Director of the Al-Ghab Area in Hama countryside, Fayez Latouf, announced today, Friday, in coordination with the Church of Al-Suqaylabiyah and the Red Crescent branch, the opening of temporary shelters to receive those affected who were forced to leave their homes following the outbreak of fires in the Al-Ghab area.

In statements to the Syrian "Al-Ikhbariya" channel, Latouf said: "The Hikmat Al-Rustum hall in the Al-Ibra neighborhood has been prepared in addition to the consumer institution to provide shelter and basic support for the affected."

He confirmed that the Red Crescent teams supervised the rehabilitation of these centers while continuing coordination to provide the necessary relief materials.

He added: "I emphasize the importance of everyone's efforts to support the affected and ensure their safety, asking God to restore security to our area as soon as possible."
