Details of the clashes in Homs: 4 security personnel martyred and a former officer killed.

In a dangerous field development witnessed in the city of Homs, a patrol belonging to the General Security Administration headed to the "Wadi Al-Dahab" neighborhood to arrest a retired colonel pilot, after closely monitoring his suspicious movements and his association with unlawful groups. Upon attempting to apprehend him, the colonel opened fire on the security forces, leading to a fierce clash that ended with his neutralization.

During these clashes, four members of the General Security forces were injured, all of whom martyred while performing their duties in confronting security threats. The confrontations also resulted in the death of a former officer in the ousted regime.

 Following the clashes, loud gunshots echoed throughout the city, while ambulances spread across various neighborhoods of Homs to transport the injured and martyrs.

Subsequently, security measures in the city were reinforced amidst extensive mobilization by security and military forces to maintain security.
