Trump's popularity drops to 40%.. New poll reveals sharp division among Americans

A recent poll conducted by Reuters in partnership with Ipsos revealed a decrease in the popularity of U.S. President Donald Trump to 40%, marking his lowest level during his second presidential term that began last January.
The results, which included 1023 American citizens nationwide, came after three days of evaluation, showing a one-point decline compared to the previous poll published on July 15 and 16, which recorded 41%.
The poll highlighted a clear division in public opinion, with 83% of Republicans approving of Trump's performance, while only 3% of Democrats supported him, and about a third of independents endorsed his current policies.
The data attributed the decline in popularity to increasing concerns among citizens about the administration's handling of the economy and immigration, with a survey margin of error of 3 percentage points.
