Damascus Governorate Continues Debris Removal Works in the Exhibition City in Preparation for the Damascus International Fair

The maintenance workshops of the Damascus Governorate continue to carry out debris and metal waste removal works from the Exhibition City squares, as part of the ongoing preparations to host the events of the Damascus International Fair.

These works are being executed under the direct supervision of the Supervision Directorate, as part of a comprehensive plan aimed at rehabilitating vital facilities within the city and ensuring their readiness to welcome visitors and events in the best possible manner.

The current works include clearing the internal squares of the remnants of the previous phase, ensuring a clean and safe environment suitable for the most significant economic and cultural event in Syria.

This step is part of broader efforts made by the Damascus Governorate through its service directorates, which include road maintenance, cleaning public spaces, improving lighting, and rehabilitating the gardens surrounding the Exhibition City, in preparation for the launch of the fair's events.
