In one of the worst crimes that shook Ismailia Governorate, coincidence turned into the key to uncovering a heinous crime, as a building guard stumbled upon human bones while expanding his room on the ground floor of a building in the Associations Land area. The guard did not expect that his digging tools would lead him to a long-hidden secret for four months. The story began when the guard noticed something unusual while digging, human bones emerging from under the cement, triggering suspicions and reports immediately. He notified the security forces, who quickly arrived at the scene. Upon initial examination, it was revealed that the bones belonged to a body buried within the building's foundations. Further investigations revealed that the body belonged to a twenty-year-old woman who had disappeared four months ago, and her family had reported her missing at that time. A criminal investigation team was formed to solve the mystery of the case, and by reviewing missing persons reports, surveillance cameras, and forensic reports, the story began to unfold. Surveillance cameras captured the victim's last appearance with her husband, putting him under suspicion quickly. Upon confrontation, the husband did not deny the crime but confessed to all the details, revealing that marital disputes led him to commit the heinous act. In a moment of rage, the husband killed his wife and then buried her body under the house's foundations, pouring cement over it to conceal any odor that might arise from the body's decomposition. He then built a large wall in an attempt to close the case permanently. However, his plan completely collapsed in the face of a simple guard's strike looking for more space in his room. The shocking surprise was not only in discovering the crime but also in the fact that the husband had pretended to be concerned about his missing wife for the past four months, participating in the search with her family and even stating in previous investigations that he knew nothing about her fate. The investigations are still ongoing, and the husband is now behind bars awaiting trial, while the details of the crime continue to be recounted in Ismailia as if it were a scene from a horror movie, but this time, the heroes are from reality.
