The Aleppo Civil Affairs Directorate launched today, Wednesday, in the presence of Governor Azam Al-Ghareeb, a comprehensive electronic work system that allows all citizens in Syria to register marriage, birth, divorce, and death events.
The directorate adopted the "Electronic Queue" mechanism displayed on screens inside the reception hall, which contributes to organizing the service and reducing congestion as it receives about 10,000 visitors daily.
The directorate's launch comes after the update, in line with the government's direction towards automating public services and facilitating them for citizens.
