Britain welcomes the decision to form the Transitional Justice and Missing Persons Committees in Syria.

Britain welcomed on Monday the formation of the National Commission for Transitional Justice and the National Commission for Missing Persons in Syria. The British Foreign Ministry stated on the "X" platform: "This is an important step towards achieving justice and reconciliation for the Syrian people. We continue to prioritize efforts in this area and stand ready to cooperate in this regard."
