Britain and 13 allied countries, including the United States and France, condemned today, Thursday, what they described as escalating assassination, kidnapping, and harm plots orchestrated by Iranian intelligence agencies against individuals in Europe and North America.
In a joint statement, the countries said: "We stand united in our opposition to the attempts by Iranian intelligence agencies to kill, kidnap, and harm individuals in Europe and North America, in a clear violation of our sovereignty".
They added that the execution of these acts is increasing in cooperation with international criminal networks.
