Bombing or traffic accident? Moscow reveals details of the train incident in Bryansk.

In the Russian province of Bryansk near the border with Ukraine, a horrific accident occurred involving a passenger train under a bridge in the province, resulting in fatalities and injuries among the passengers.
While reports conflicted about the cause of the incident, Russian media quoted the governor of Bryansk province, Alexander Bogomaz, as saying that the bridge that collapsed as a passenger train passed under it in the Vygonichsky area was "subjected to an explosion" with 388 passengers on board.
Bogomaz announced that the number of injured in the collapse of a bridge over a railway track as a train passed in the Vygonichsky area in Bryansk has risen to 69 people, including 3 in critical condition.
In a preliminary toll, Russian media reported that the number of victims reached 69 people, including 3 children, with 3 of them in critical condition.
The incident also led to the collapse of a part of the bridge and damage to the train vehicles at the scene of the accident, where rescue teams were deployed throughout the night.
