Bin Zayed in Putin's Hospitality at the Kremlin

Russian President Vladimir Putin received today, Thursday, the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, at the Kremlin, as part of an official visit aimed at enhancing bilateral relations and discussing regional and international issues of mutual interest.
A number of senior Russian officials participated in the meeting, including the President of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, the Russian President's Special Representative for Investment and Economic Cooperation, Kirill Dmitriev, and Minister of Transport Andrei Nikitin.
Putin emphasized the importance of coordination and exchanging views on international security issues, noting the active cooperation between Russia and the UAE on various international platforms, including the United Nations.
For his part, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed expressed his happiness with the visit to Russia, saying: "I am happy to be in your great country with its rich history."
He pointed out that the volume of trade exchange between the UAE and Eurasian countries reached 30 billion dollars, affirming his country's aspiration to double these figures, both in the framework of bilateral cooperation with Russia and within its relations with the Eurasian Union.
He added: "We always strive to strengthen the bridges between the UAE and Russia, and to expand areas of cooperation that serve the interests of the two friendly countries."
