Arrest of a War Criminal in Idlib on Charges of Torture and Systematic Killing

In a qualitative security operation, the Internal Security Forces in Idlib province managed to arrest Saher Al-Hassan, nicknamed "Saher Al-Ni", after receiving a report from the residents of the Al-Takhyi residential camp in the town of Bardaqli about his presence in the area.
An official statement from the Ministry of Interior published on its Telegram channel stated: "Investigations and testimonies from residents showed that the mentioned individual was previously a member of the Air Intelligence in Homs, then joined the terrorist Al-Quds Brigade, and participated in committing serious violations against innocent civilians, including torture, kidnapping, and systematic killing, in addition to drug trafficking."
The statement added that "the criminal Al-Hassan" has been "referred to the relevant authorities to complete the investigations in preparation for presenting him to the competent judiciary," to be tried for the serious crimes he is accused of.
