"Al Arabiya" from a source: Hamas informed mediators of its acceptance of the new proposal for a ceasefire in Gaza

A source from Hamas, who did not reveal his identity to the French news agency, stated: "Hamas has delivered its response to the mediators with its approval and the factions (Palestinian) on the new proposal regarding the ceasefire without requesting any amendments."
For its part, a source in the Palestinian factions said that "Hamas agreed to the proposal submitted without any amendments."
According to a Palestinian official, the mediators proposed a truce for 60 days that includes the release of prisoners in two phases.
Meanwhile, Israel claims it has not yet received Hamas's response to the proposal.
Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir warned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu against accepting a "partial deal," saying: "You do not have a mandate to go for a partial deal without defeating Hamas... If Netanyahu surrenders and stops the war, he will waste a huge opportunity."
