American Expert: Washington Changes Its Approach to the Ukrainian Conflict

Retired American officer Daniel Davis stated that Washington has changed its approach to the Ukrainian conflict, explaining that the United States has begun to focus on removing unnecessary obstacles that stand in the way of the peace process.
In a conversation on YouTube, Davis confirmed that the Biden administration had previously stated that no decisions could be made regarding Ukraine without its approval. However, he considered these statements to be "empty words," noting that things have changed drastically now, and he questioned the position of former President Donald Trump in this context.
Davis continued, saying: "I believe that Ukraine will soon receive instructions in the form of a document containing directives it must follow. This is the reality we live in today, and it has become clear to everyone."
The expert added that the United States is now more seriously involved in the Ukrainian issue, as the repercussions of this conflict directly affect the international arena.
Regarding preparations for a potential summit between Russian President Vladimir Putin and American President Donald Trump, Davis confirmed that there are unnecessary voices causing disruption in communication between the main parties, noting that many European figures such as French President Emmanuel Macron and British Foreign Secretary Keir Starmer were not invited, reflecting Trump's desire to keep matters within a limited scope.
