The Syrian Foreign Minister, Asaad al-Shaaban, stated today, Wednesday, that after the lifting of sanctions on Syria, signs of massive investments have begun to emerge, which will have a positive impact on the life of the Syrian citizen.

Al-Shaaban added in a tweet on the "X" platform: "New steps towards economic recovery and improving living conditions, marking the beginning of a long-awaited phase of growth and development."

The Minister of Economy and Industry, Mohammed al-Shaar, revealed during his participation in the Arab Media Summit in Dubai, the introduction of "wide and unprecedented" investment opportunities for local and international investors, emphasizing that the upcoming phase goes beyond reconstruction concepts, focusing on building a "new Syria" based on innovation and development.

Al-Shaar stated that investing in Syria is no longer limited to repairing the war-torn infrastructure, but extends to creating a modern economy based on new sectors and technology, affirming that "we do not want to return to the old Syria, but rather to build a new state in all its dimensions."
