The Russian government investigative committee accused Ukraine of committing "terrorist acts" following the explosion of two railway bridges in Russia earlier this week. The committee stated on Telegram that the attacks were part of a plan to target hundreds of civilians. Seven people were killed and 113, including children, were injured in two railway collisions in the Russian regions of Kursk and Bryansk as a result of the attacks.
