Activists and popular figures in Daraa called for the procession of the victims of the Israeli occupation's shelling on Harsh al-Jabeeliya west of the city of "Nawa" in the countryside of Daraa, and to protest against the ongoing violations. Local pages affiliated with Daraa province reported "popular calls to gather and protest against the Israeli occupation's violations, and to participate in the funeral of the martyrs after the Dhuhr prayer on Thursday, April 3, at the Rif Revival Center in Nawa." Meanwhile, the "Free Hauran Gathering" stated that "the calls come amid a state of anger and condemnation, as the locals expressed their rejection of the ongoing Israeli attacks on the countryside of Daraa." The Israeli occupation's attacks last night, Wednesday, April 2, led to "the martyrdom of young men and civilian farmers who were mobilized in the plains surrounding the city following military incursions in the area." The Israeli occupation forces deployed dozens of military vehicles and infiltrated the Harsh Sada al-Jabeeliya area near the city of Nawa in western Daraa on Wednesday night, April 2. The infiltration coincided with the Israeli army launching flares over the border villages in the Quneitra and Daraa provinces, indicating a potential security escalation on the southern front. In parallel with the southern Syrian incursion, Israeli warplanes carried out a series of intense airstrikes late Wednesday targeting military sites in Damascus and Hama provinces, causing successive explosions and panic among the residents.
