Syrian Foreign Ministry: We Strongly Condemn the Israeli Aggression Targeting Damascus and Al-Suwayda

The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned on Wednesday the Israeli airstrikes on Damascus and Al-Suwayda.

The foreign ministry stated: "We strongly condemn the Israeli aggression targeting Damascus and Al-Suwayda," and continued: "The blatant Israeli aggression comes within a deliberate policy to stoke tension and create chaos."

The Syrian Foreign Ministry held Israel fully responsible for this dangerous escalation and its repercussions.

The ministry said: "Syria will retain all its rights to defend its land and people by all means."

It also called on the international community to assume its responsibility and take urgent measures to put an end to the Israeli aggression.
