Al-Sharaa and Erdogan discuss Syrian developments after Israeli attacks

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan welcomed the ceasefire reached between the Syrian army and the armed Druze factions in southwest Syria.
This came during a phone call between President Erdogan and his Syrian counterpart Ahmed Al-Sharaa, discussing the latest developments in Syria following the Israeli attacks on various areas in Syria.
President Erdogan stressed that the Israeli attacks on Syria are unacceptable, noting that the Israeli aggression poses a threat to the entire region, and that Turkey will continue to support the Syrian people, as it has done so far.
Erdogan expressed Turkey's welcome to the ceasefire reached with the Druze in Syria.
For his part, Al-Sharaa thanked President Erdogan for his support in maintaining national unity.
